For years, I followed the traditional path, climbing the corporate ladder, working for a multinational, earning a master’s degree from the world’s top digital marketing strategy program, and mastering the ins and outs of digital marketing. I led award-winning campaigns, helped brands grow, and had the privilege of working across industries and continents. But despite the stability, something was missing.

I wasn’t learning anymore. I wasn’t growing. I wasn’t challenged. I felt trapped in a cycle of routine, unable to use my full potential. The thought of spending years stuck in the same uninspiring loop forced me to reflect on what truly mattered. I wasn’t made to settle. I was made to build.

So, I did what most people wouldn’t dare. I walked away. At 40, I made the scariest and most exciting decision of my life: to build something of my own. I took my savings, left behind my corporate career, and founded Dalia Digital, a digital marketing agency designed to empower businesses that had no idea where to start.

Marketing runs in my veins, it’s what I do best. That’s why I didn’t just want to offer services, I wanted to change business trajectories. I wanted to demystify digital marketing and show business owners and corporate leaders how to transform their online presence into a profitable, sustainable growth engine.
